Sometimes, it is nice to slow down, throw those anchors out and just soak in the moments. I spend all my time rushing between timelines and deadlines, between home and work. Working late today, I decided to take it easy, let the mind relax and took a break at this coffee shop close to work. It is not a chain of shops and has a very homely atmosphere.
People sitting outside, vegged out and relaxed...
Cheerful interiors
Lights in the shop (playing with shutter speed)

Hi Dear,
Came here surfing...
And find your blog in relax mood as said..
Take care
nice pics :)
@Shruti,
welcome
and happy to see my pictures put you in relaxed mood. That was the idea.
@Janefield
Thanks. All details of the pictures were clearly visible, huh?
Good investment Shek.
You could sell the shop lights to UFO chasers. liked that 1. also the color balance in the interiors. But the best is the person outside the window. Time stood still.
Nice. I like the shop lights pic the best. Impressive. I think I am just going to outsource my photo taking to you :P
@last Sign
Thanks. Looks like we have a UFO fan among us. Sakshi likes that pic.
I like that girl's pic too. My fav.
@sakshi
Thanks for the outsource idea. I charge $50 per pic, but you get discount...$49.97
Great shots. The interior one is superb and so is the lights-in
the shop.
loved the lights and 2nd pic.
:)
arre haan...no room for doubts this time...:P
for once i leave a nice comment and there you go looking for sarcasm! :P
@Ash
It is just as beautiful in that coffee shop
@neihal
There is another pic of the girl's face, but I like this one better. Moreover, I dont want to look like a voyeur-stalker-weird-person!
@jane
you raised the bar for yourself ;)
no one commented on my beautiful car :(
the car is only half visible :P
how did you insert the world map pic with the places visited colored? is it from a travel site?
@Jane
Even the visible half is beautiful :)
The map is from travbuddy.com
the map is not visible now, although the outline is there. how do you insert the image on the blog and color the places you've been to?
the website lets you select the places that you have been. It then generates a code for various sizes.
You go to your template and add HTML/JAVA box to wherever and paste that code into it.
